1. Who we are

Smart Greens Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12345678), with a registered office at 14 Bedford Square, London WC1B 3RA.

2. Placing an order

When you place an order through the website you're making an offer to buy the product at the price shown. We accept your offer when we send an order confirmation email. Until that email is sent, no contract exists.

Occasionally we may cancel an order after it's placed — usually because a product is out of stock, a price was incorrect, or we can't verify the payment. If that happens we refund in full within five working days and email you to explain.

3. Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices on the site are inclusive of UK VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery costs and any discounts are shown at checkout before you pay.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. Payments are processed by our payment provider — we don't store card numbers on our systems.

4. Subscriptions

A subscription order sends a new tub at the frequency you choose (30, 45, or 60 days). We email you three days before each shipment; you can skip, change the date, change the frequency, swap the product, pause, or cancel from your account at any time — no phone call, no retention script.

Subscribers receive a 20% discount on every tub while the subscription is active. Cancelling ends the discount for future orders; it does not affect anything already shipped.

5. Delivery

We ship to the UK and Ireland. Standard UK delivery is £3.95 (free over £50) and arrives in two to three working days. Next-day delivery is £4.95 for orders placed before 2pm.

Risk in the product passes to you when the courier delivers it. Title passes when we've received cleared payment.

6. Our 60-day guarantee

If you don't get on with Daily Greens, email us within 60 days of your first delivery and we'll refund the full amount for that first order — no return required. This applies to your first order of a product, once.

It doesn't cover repeat orders, replacements sent by our support team, or third-party retailer purchases. Full details are on the shipping & returns page.

7. Our liability

We take reasonable care to make sure the information on this site is accurate. Nothing on the site is medical advice, and Smart Greens products are food supplements, not medicines. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, on prescribed medication, or managing a specific condition, please speak to your GP before starting a supplement.

We don't limit or exclude our liability where the law says we can't — for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales, or — if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland — in the courts of your home jurisdiction.
